Most are fresh variations on age-old objects: a projector -type kaleidoscope replaces the peering-in variety; a periscope hat for a backward view; multi-colored glasses for a variation on a rose-tinted world; a zooming flashlight for a strange view. Involved time consumers for stormy days.
