THE NATURAL WAY TO HEALTHFUL SLEEP

Introduced as ""an original and new approach to the quest for sleep"", Mr. Kelly's technique is built around a program of controlled breathing. The breathing exercises (described in great detail) are used in combination with eye exercises, formation of mental pictures, and the repetition of simply nursery rhymes, and have apparently proved very effective for the author and his friends and relatives who have experimented with the suggested technique. Mr. Kelly also gives advice about proper beds, mattresses, and bedroom ventilation; 20 relaxing exercises to precede going to bed; and ways to eliminate ring. The chronic insomnac may find this technique worthy of consideration.
