The talestold by Uncle Fritz to two listening youngsters are reminiscent- and taller- and even outrageously nonsensical. There's the elevator that went on a rampage when the wrong buttons were pushed; the clothesline that ran off with a pup tent; the mysteriously ""happening"" words that didn't stop until the speaker spat out his ""wild"" cherry gum (the flavor was chewed out of that one)....
