The commentary ranges loosely from medicine in general, to the choice of a doctor; to the proper preparation of your children for the medical treatment they undergo (this seems to include telling them they are to have an x-ray instead of an operation, to hospital care, terminology, equipment, pregnancy, old age; motley diseases and disabilities; mental illness; medical insurance; and the choice of medicine as a profession... Only for that audience which the Reader's Digest has prepped, but has fully taken care of by now.
