THE AUTOBIOGRAPHY OF ELEANOR ROOSEVELT

Rarely has there been an autobiography so completely revealing of its author. The first three sections were published individually and appear here in somewhat abridged form but with a continuity so that one is scarcely aware of a break in the flow. Her growing up years capture a period that has gone forever and once again make her growth from a painfully shy girl into the outgoing dedicated woman she became even more of a miracle. The final brief section should be read by all who would recognize the challenge of today's world.
