FRANKENSTEIN MOVED IN ON THE FOURTH FLOOR

When a mean Mr. Frank moves into Sam's apartment building with boxes of wires and earphones, Sam is sure that he's the monster-maker himself. Nobody likes Mr. Frank, and Mr. Clem in 4F complains of moans and groans issuing from the newcomer's apartment. Sam's case is a flimsy one, and the adventure Levy makes of it is just as flat. Little brother Robert loses his Dracula doll when the two boys go snooping in Mr. Frank's basement storage room, and they are caught and chased when they try to retrieve it; but Mr. Frank soon moves out and Robert finds his doll--with an arm ripped off. ""Well, Frankenstein needs arms and legs to make his monster,"" says Sam for a parting teaser; but the mystery man's BEETHOVEN LIVES sweatshirt suggests other uses for the wires--if anyone cares.
