Cruising on the British Carib Queen the Norths and the Weigands meet:- murder, of a private detective, which leads to new rules aboard the high seas, attacks on Pam and Dorian, and a to-do about jewels. It carries over into Havana where local color adds to the trickiness of the chase and Weigand's telephone communications with New York police .....but the foursome wash it up in time to get some pleasure from the cruise. Minor.
