Triple threat -- in the status of a multiple murder case in which three sisters were successive victims of the cupidity, the ruthlessness, of a man who expected to acquire wealth and ease without effort. One reads of such cases and wonders how the murderers get away with it. Here is a plausible enough story of how one such creature almost succeeded, only to be tripped by little things that built the evidence against him. The reader is in on the kill -- and even so finds himself snared.
