A peppy tale of cocky young Greg Sheridan who comes from the West to make his way as a newspaperman in New York. He finds that, to get experience, work on a small out of town paper is called for and lands himself a job in Long Island under a girl editor. Sue is a good teacher as well as a good companion and when a murder occurs it is their luck to find the vanished suspects and the real killer. Pleasant dialog and characters brighten this career-adventure story.
