UNCLE SYLVESTER

The fantastic tale of Uncle Sylvester, a Mole of Distinction, and the mole community on the island which was menaced by the hungry river eating away the shores. Emigration was necessary, but how? Swimming in the strong current was impossible, damming and tunneling impractical. Uncle Sylvester and his daring nephew Digger spring into action. Mushrooms and dark glasses supply the answer. The black and white sketches by Garry MacKensie are as wacky as the text.
