KIRKUS REVIEW

Relentless wheeler-dealer Tom Fitzgerald, still employing his Great Brain in the service of his ""money hungry heart,"" is now a seventh grader at the Jesuit run Catholic Academy. Demonstrating briskly that ""maybe Tom did mature a great deal during his first year at the academy, but he sure as beck didn't reform,"" narrator and younger brother J.D. makes a sympathetic filter for Tom's inspired shenanigans.
