WHERE IN THE WORLD DO YOU LIVE?

A comparison between the familiar surroundings in the child's physical world and broader geographical concepts is a springboard for an elementary lesson in geographical relationships. Mr. Hine attempts to explain differences between oceans, rivers, lakes- continents, countries, states, by drawing analogies to child- like experiences. It is regrettably a bit too much for junior -- the precise logical analogies, the graphic modern illustrations and the concepts themselves.
