by K.C. Constantine ‧ RELEASE DATE: Nov. 8, 1974
The third, short and stir-contained (both in terms of who and what is going on) case for Rocksburg, Pa.'s Mario Balzic who says little but watches closely. Although it's hard to pick up anything on Janet Pisula, the student found hideously strangulated in a rooming house -- Janet who was called ""Little Miss Nobody"" -- no one knew or noticed her. Constantine's best yet -- an understated small town tragedy handled in his level -- dead-level -- fashion.
