Complete text and Tenniel pictures for this new edition of Alice- plus some photographs in full color of Hugh Geo models, posed for familiar scenes from the classic story. The ""Alice"" in the photographs looks like a real child, but not like the conventional Alice; while the creatures might be super puppets,-the Mock Turtle, the White Rabbit, the Cheshire Cat, and the rest of them. Here's a good compromise for the adult who can't bear to have Alice without Tenniel, and the child who wants something with a contemporary feel.
