by M.E. Kerr ‧ RELEASE DATE: N/A
She doesn't really, and this is concerned not with drugs but with the overweight, underattended child of a do-gooding mother who's into rehabilitating addicts. KerFs handling of mother's pet junky, of Dinky's brilliant, fiercely reactionary boyfriend, and of the whole contemporary Brooklyn Heights scene is refreshingly unhackneyed and consistently on target.
