JOHNNY LOST

Johnny is a tough little mug and, as one of the characters remarks, they must have fed him on raw meat to have him get so far from home. He's only three and he's wandered off the Johnson's remote Australian farm. Mr. Jones has put together an active and visual search adventure. Suspense is difficult to sustain when the reader knows where the missing person is and the search party doesn't. Mr. Jones manages this with skill and the mountainous bush country adds its natural hazards to a holding story of a little boy lost.
