An excellent small book on the subject, designed to meet the needs of the relatively small investor. Not a rigid- get-rich-quick book, not even a book which names specific investments. But a book which treats of fundamentals, illustrates with examples, and charts price movements. He summarizes objectives- suggests balancing such objectives, discusses available information in newspapers and investment service. Specific types of investments for specific purposes (such as high grade short term bonds and notes for stability), investment portfolios, selling and buying, and the pitfalls for the inexperienced. Excellent as groundwork for those who would build for the future.
