The same faults that were evident in the second title in the Our World Series--What Happens in the Sea? (1963, p. 55 J-23) are prominent in the third title. As a boy and his dog amble through changing weather, very simple questions are posed and answered-- queries, about rain, clouds, fog, planes, etc. The book is pulled down by heavy-handed illustrations which are unoriginal and unpleasing to the eye.
