SUCH AN ENMITY

Creaky Oppenheim -- wonder why the publishers continue to have faith in him? Plot is stilted -- characters unreal -- setting, Southern France where a group of people are scheming to start a fashionable resort. Their leader, hated by all, dies -- everyone is under suspicion. Might have a sale as a rather feeble attempt at a mystery story, though not classified as such. Can't see the need for it.
