TOUGH ENOUGH'S TRIP

This time the Tatums, Ma, Pa, Buck, Irby, Annie Mae, Serena, Beanie and Tough Enough, venture forth from the Great Smokies in their truck, ""Mrs. Wigglesworth"", on a visit to their great grandparents. As they start, Beanie's great concern is over his pup Tough Enough who has disappeared. Nobody else is worried, though, because only Beanie wants Tough Enough along. When he comes- out from under a bench in the back of the truck, his appearance forewarns of a collection of other animals along the way- a kitten, a crow, a coon, a turtle, even a fixed skunk. And how Beanie and Tough Enough earn their oats as a good caretaker-and-watch-dog pair along the way makes a very engaging story.
