SMALL PLAYS FOR SPECIAL DAYS

Seven more Small Plays. . . for two players, none more than about two minutes long and all of them just as short on substance. Most are sentimental holiday bromides in dialogue form: a dog and cat conclude that family is the essential ingredient for a Thanksgiving feast, a clown inept at making Christmas gifts is reminded that he can make people laugh, and--in the most foolish of all, an ogre and a giant who receive no Valentines because they've eaten most of the people in the neighborhood end up giving Valentines to each other--and then going off together to find someone to eat. Negligible, at best.
