He is more optimistic than many on the relations of these countries to the-Fascist powers; he stresses the impossibility of Fascist penetration, citing opinions of prominent Latin-Americans, figures on imports and exports, general attitudes. It is italicized, exclamatory reading, with plenty of first hand material for those interested in problems relating to Latin American situation now and in the future.
