AMERICA FACES SOUTH

Our neighbors to the South -- and what the ""Good Neighbor"" policy is, how it is working, and what is the attitude of each of the Latin-American countries to the U.S. In this classification the author includes Mexico, Haiti, Cuba, South and Central America. He is more optimistic than many on the relations of these countries to the-Fascist powers; he stresses the impossibility of Fascist penetration, citing opinions of prominent Latin-Americans, figures on imports and exports, general attitudes. It is italicized, exclamatory reading, with plenty of first hand material for those interested in problems relating to Latin American situation now and in the future.
