THE CAT WHO WANTED OUT

This very simple story is based on the natural inclination of an apartment-cooped cat to satisfy his proverbial curiosity by escaping into the city street. This particular cat, portrayed convincingly by the illustrations of Bogdan Grom, having indulged his whim, returns to his home, considerably chastened. A completely believable episode which pivots on the child's concern with the plight of being lost, drama on the scale of the young child's world.
