S O S ... RADIO PATROL

The best boy scout story I've run across for ages. It has a grand yarn, plus the basic spirit of scouting, a good sense of character and personality problems, the challenge of emergency met without too much heroism. The scene is a river island camp somewhere in the mid west, and the culmination to which the story works up is a terrific flood. Good going.
