THE RIVER BEND FEUD

The thundering herd gives way to the 8-cylinder car and the airplane. Eastern thugs are hired to swell the ranks of Texas bad men, and cocktails are served to bolster appetites, if not the courage of the Raleighs. Jeff Hunter has come from Mexico via the racing breast stroke, with bullets splashing around him, and becomes involved in the affairs of the Raleighs, and helps pull their chestnuts out of the fires. Pretty obvious.
