Adele would like you to say “Hello” to author Glennon Doyle.

The British musician offered a full-throated endorsement of Doyle’s bestseller Untamed on her Instagram account on Saturday.

“If you’re ready - this book will shake your brain and make your soul scream,” Adele wrote. “I am so ready for myself after reading this book! It’s as if I just flew into my body for the very first time. Whew!”

Untamed, Doyle’s third book, was published in March, and quickly became a bestseller. The book chronicles Doyle’s battles with bulimia and substance use disorder, as well as her marriage to soccer icon Abby Wambach. A reviewer for Kirkus called it a “lucid, inspiring chronicle of female empowerment and the rewards of self-awareness and renewal.” A critic for Booklist agreed, writing that the book is “a bracing jolt of honesty from someone who knows what she wants to say and isn’t afraid to say it.”

“Anyone who has any kind of capacity to truly let go and give into yourself with any kind of desire to hold on for dear life - Do it. Read it. Live it. Practice it,” Adele wrote. “We are a lot! But we are meant to be a lot!

Adele’s is not the first celebrity endorsement of Doyle’s book. Reese Witherspoon selected Untamed for her popular book club in April.
