Glamorous divorcee Sabrina Longworth and her twin change places for a week. But the lark turns to tragedy. The characters are well developed for an abridgment. McNenny's voice is outstanding in her portrayal of twins who switch lives. While her children's voices have a tendency to sound silly, this doesn't detract from the overall story. Her voices change as her characters change but always remain clear and articulate. This is a perfect selection for fans of this husband and wife team writing under a pen name. For those who haven't enjoyed them before, this is a delightful and gripping tale not soon forgotten.

This is not a story about guns, but about blue pearls. Gerald Browne takes us to the Pacific Ocean and the world of pearl divers and natural gems and mixes in mystery, intrigue and suspense. Barry Bostwick portrays the characters in one voice, varying his intonation slightly for the Asian personalities. His reading style is very smooth, evidence of preparation and interest in the story. 18mm Blues is abridged well, collecting the important elements of the story. Unobtrusive music indicates the end of each side. Disappear into the mystery of the Far East and one of its most beautiful commodities.
