by Mary Kay Andrews ; read by Kathleen McInerney ‧ RELEASE DATE: June 3, 2014
Narrator Kathleen McInerney's perky voice and sweet tone engage listeners with this light summer read. Beautiful florist Cara Kryzik has had a run of bad luck, but true love and the chance to be the "go-to" florist for the wealthy brides of Savannah are there--just out of reach. McInerney easily transitions between the voices of determined Cara; her brusque father; hunky Jack Finnerty, her love interest; and Bert, her flighty and funny assistant. A great listen for a day at the beach or a rainy day curled up on a couch.

by Gerald A. Browne ; read by Barry Bostwick ‧ RELEASE DATE: Jan. 22, 1993
This is not a story about guns, but about blue pearls. Gerald Browne takes us to the Pacific Ocean and the world of pearl divers and natural gems and mixes in mystery, intrigue and suspense. Barry Bostwick portrays the characters in one voice, varying his intonation slightly for the Asian personalities. His reading style is very smooth, evidence of preparation and interest in the story. 18mm Blues is abridged well, collecting the important elements of the story. Unobtrusive music indicates the end of each side. Disappear into the mystery of the Far East and one of its most beautiful commodities.
