KIRKUS REVIEW

The scene is Hollywood some 30 years hence, with such amenities as jasmine-scented smog (the civic authorities rotate flavors). The Starcrossed is a projected TV--sorry, holographic--series based on a sf version of the Romeo and Juliet story, expected to lift floundering Titanic Productions out of the red, and being handled by a motley assortment of knaves and fools. No relation, of course, to the real-life horror story of Harlan Ellison's Starlost. . . . So-so to pretty funny.
