KIRKUS REVIEW

Young Sandy makes about as much racket around the house imaginable. Then one day his cousin Roger, older and noisier, comes to visit. Sandy realizes what a real hullabaloo is and though no word is spoken, there's a tacit understanding between him and his mother after Roger leaves. Breezy, angular colored pictures by Kurt Werth lend emphasis to the theme of -- a time and place for everything. Healthy and amusing.
