Country music star Carrie Underwood has unveiled the cover of her debut book.

The singer-songwriter revealed the cover of Find Your Path: Honor Your Body, Fuel Your Soul, and Get Strong With the Fit52 Life in a post on Instagram. “Excited to share the cover of my new book #FindYourPath coming out in March 2020! Pre-order your copy today!” she wrote.

Underwood first gained national attention after her appearance on the singing competition show American Idol, which she won in 2005. She has since released six albums, most recently Cry Pretty, and scored several hit singles, including “Jesus, Take the Wheel” and “Dirty Laundry.”

She first announced that she was writing a book in September, saying that it would “provide tips and tools to help the reader find what is practical and sustainable in his or her everyday life for all 52 weeks of the year, and help lead them toward a positive lifestyle.”

Her publisher, Dey Street Books, said the book is “packed with meal plans, recipes, weekly workout programs, and guidelines for keeping a weekly food and workout journal. It also introduces readers to Carrie's signature Fit52 workout, which involves a deck of cards and exercises that can be done at home—and it sets her fans on a path to sustainable health and fitness for life.”

Find Your Path is scheduled for publication on March 17, 2020.
