KIRKUS REVIEW

A solar flare has sent earth back to the Stone Age and an underground moon colony which weathered the holocaust with its technology intact sends periodic raiding parties to earth to pilfer the fissionables that keep its machines running. Political and familial entanglements of labyrinthine complexity ultimately unravel into a detente between the two warring worlds. Slick but routine.
