TONO ANTONIO

KIRKUS REVIEW

An enchanting story of Spain today, and particularly of the small boy who set out with the goats for the city, to make some money for his poverty striken family in the mountain village. Ruth Sawyer as an inimitable story teller, and her years in Spain are reflected in this tale of gallant Tonio. There is a Christmas spirit pervading the story which will make it a good holiday book.
